RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We strive to provide best quality products and customer service. Please read the item description carefully and contact us before purchasing if you have any questions.
IF ITEM IS DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED: If your item has a significant flaw or was damaged in transit, please contact us at info@ullihome.com within 48 hours of receipt with pictures, clearly showing the damage or defect. After receiving the proof of damage we will gladly send you a replacement or refund.
We do not accept returns in cases when Buyer changed their mind, ordered wrong size and/or color, or did not read the item description and/or site Policies.
***All our products are uniquely made for you. Each item made specifically for each customer when ordered.
Ulli Home does not carry inventory and can't accept returns or exchanges.
UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS will not be accepted. We are not responsible for unauthorized return packages that get lost on the way back to sender.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS: Our products are not pre-made. Because we want to deliver your order as fast as possible, production begins soon after order is received. If for any reason you want to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us within 4 hours from the time of purchasing. Once your order is in production, the fabric has been printed and cut, we can't accept cancellation or make any changes.
BILLING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Ulli Home will charge applicable sales taxes on physical and digital products shipped to Canada.
